Well, whatever progress we had with sleep has basically dissolved. We are now getting up one to two times at night. So I am on chapter six of Ferber. We'll see how this goes.
Next will be getting our naps in line. Here's where I'm hung up. My friends' children all sleep 12 hours at night, and take two good naps (an hour) a day. But Ferber is saying 12 hours total is a good amount for a 6 month old. So would I be seriously under-sleeping my LO if we do 12 hours total?
